A coalition dedicated to engaging all generations in understanding racial and cultural differences through dialogue and action.
We embrace diversity/equal opportunity and renounce misinformation and stereotyping that breeds prejudice, bigotry and ultimately racism.
Our coalition is open to all. We are a nonprofit, nonpartisan, and not affiliated to one religion.
Dialogue
We promote dialogue in order to:
Build a more just and tolerant community
Understand race and cultural differences, history, and present challenges
Resist misinformation, stereotyping, and ignorance, that breeds prejudice, bigotry, discrimination and racism
Have a voice in shaping public policy around race and cultural related issues
Action
Our Action Plan includes:
Implement collaborative projects, activities and initiatives around racial, cultural and generational issues
Serve as a clearinghouse of information and resources
Develop inter-generational and diverse leadership necessary to build greater impact
Strengthen a coalition and membership base to reach wider audiences

Respect: Inclusiveness, valuing others, respecting differences, tolerance
Communication: Listening, sharing information, engaging in dialogue
Diversity: Inclusive of all races, ethnicities, faiths, generations etc.

Social Justice: Accepting our mutual responsibility that all have an equal opportunity to succeed
Peace: A culture of dialogue promoting peacemaking that results in healing, connection and respect
